Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and performance metrics
- Design and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business objectives
- Develop predictive models to forecast sales, customer behavior, and operational efficiency
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Strong experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations
