Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into clear, concise, and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and product) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs.
- Conduct statistical analysis to provide predictive insights and support strategic decision-making processes.
- Maintain and improve data pipelines to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Communicate findings and data trends to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
