Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize business outcomes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
