Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive analysis on user behavior, conversion rates, and revenue streams to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical queries.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and machine learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience writing complex queries.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a critical eye for detail.
