Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders across retail, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation standards
- Mentor junior analysts and present findings to C-level executives with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven ROI on projects
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Expert knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or SAS is highly desirable
