Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines and data warehouses using SQL and Python.
- Create interactive, high-impact visualizations and dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define data requirements.
- Build predictive models to forecast market trends and user behavior.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with internal security standards.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
