Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility across departments.
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives and visual reports.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize product features and marketing strategies.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in data governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech or e-commerce.
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools.
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and predictive modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in remote teams with minimal supervision.
