- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track success metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and regression modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with remote collaboration experience
