Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to present findings to executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate marketing campaign performance
- Develop predictive models using Python and R to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and build automated reporting dashboards
- Lead data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy and integrity of all datasets
- Present actionable insights to leadership through executive summaries and data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in SQL and Python
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau/Power BI with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analysis (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist) preferred
