Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced security architectures for enterprise networks.
- Lead 24/7 monitoring of security alerts and conduct real-time threat hunting.
- Execute penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify system weaknesses.
- Oversee incident response procedures to mitigate data breaches and cyberattacks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent advanced certification.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or network security.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS).
- Deep understanding of encryption protocols, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
