In this role, you will lead critical security initiatives, manage incident response, and ensure compliance with global standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust enterprise security architecture to protect against evolving cyber threats.
- Lead and coordinate incident response efforts, conducting thorough post-incident analysis and root cause identification.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR standards.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees across Philadelphia and Ohio offices.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Monitor security alerts and threat intelligence feeds to proactively identify and mitigate risks in real-time.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure their security posture meets our rigorous standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field.
- Active CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and endpoint protection.
- Proven experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel) and EDR solutions.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Philadelphia, PA or Ohio with full relocation assistance provided.
