Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring and incident response activities.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Zero Trust architecture across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate security controls into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Investigate and remediate security breaches, malware infections, and anomalous system behavior.
- Manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure least privilege access.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related role.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent advanced certification (e.g., CEH, CISM, GCIH).
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for security automation.
- Strong understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization security (Docker, Kubernetes).
