Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced threat hunting and vulnerability assessments across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Design and implement security architectures that align with NIST and ISO standards.
- Lead incident response efforts for security breaches, ensuring rapid mitigation and recovery.
- Monitor security alerts from SIEM tools and correlate data to identify anomalies.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in New York or Florida-based enterprises.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies.
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and endpoint protection solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work hybrid or remote from NY or FL.
