Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures (cloud/on-prem)
- Lead incident response and threat hunting operations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for secure CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers and present findings to CISOs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering with SOC experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or OSCP (required)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security and SIEM tools
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks/Fortinet
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with zero-trust architecture design
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain
- Bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent experience
