Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced security infrastructure including SIEM, EDR, and cloud-native solutions
- Lead 24/7 incident response and forensic investigations for critical systems
- Develop threat intelligence frameworks and proactive hunting strategies
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct security awareness training
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in engineering roles
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security, Palo Alto Networks, and Splunk
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat modeling
- Proven track record in PCI DSS and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments
