Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response protocols for complex security breaches and cyber-attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise infrastructure
- Develop zero-trust architecture frameworks for hybrid cloud environments
- Mentor junior security analysts and cross-functional IT teams
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP standards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in engineering roles
- CISSP, CEH, or CISM certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- Hands-on experience with threat intelligence tools (CrowdStrike, Palo Alto)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Proven track record of mitigating APT attacks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
