We are urgently hiring a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst for a Weekend Shift position. While our primary hub is in San Jose, CA, we are proud to offer remote options for the right talent looking to balance work and life.

Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events 24/7/365 via SIEM tools during weekend shifts.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for internal systems.
- Respond to security incidents, perform forensic analysis, and implement remediation strategies.
- Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
- Collaborate with the SOC team to automate detection rules and improve response times.
- Document security incidents, findings, and resolutions in the incident response log.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Network Security.
- Active CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification is highly preferred.
- Experience working in a Weekend Shift environment or 24/7 SOC operations.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
