Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time using SIEM tools.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Implement and manage security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
- Lead incident response efforts and conduct post-incident forensic analysis.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security into the SDLC.
- Provide security training and awareness to staff members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC, or information security.
- Active CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification (CISSP preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and endpoint protection.
- Experience with network security devices (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Proxy Servers).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (if applicable).
