Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents within the SIEM platform in real-time.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in our network.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to meet strict compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
- Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with legal and IT teams during security breaches.
- Perform code reviews and security architecture reviews for software development teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security.
- Active CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, and common attack vectors.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for security automation.
- Experience with cloud security in AWS or Azure environments.
