Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test scalable backend systems using Node.js and Python
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsImplement CI/CD pipelines and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Debug and resolve production issues with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with Python/JavaScript
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex projects with scalable solutions
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative communication
