Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response coordination for complex security breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop zero-trust architecture frameworks for cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security awareness training
- Generate executive-level security risk reports and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/response
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or OSCP required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network protocols
- Experience with NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong Python/PowerShell scripting for automation
- Proven track record in SOC operations or threat hunting
