Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and clean it to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate regular reports for management to assist in strategic decision-making processes.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide support.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine audits of data sets to identify errors or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior experience required – we value potential and attitude over past history.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is required; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about complex datasets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data findings clearly.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time in our Atlanta office (Hybrid/On-site).
