Responsibilities
- Lead incident response and threat hunting operations for 24/7 Security Operations Center
- Implement and manage SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and playbooks
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into DevOps pipelines
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Provide security awareness training to cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection/response
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in SIEM implementation and log analysis
- Hands-on experience with network security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and compliance frameworks (NIST, GDPR)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
