Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across enterprise networks
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches
- Develop security policies and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in enterprise cybersecurity operations
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) architecture
- Experience with network security tools (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance (required)
