Responsibilities
- Lead threat detection, investigation, and response operations using SIEM tools
- Develop and implement advanced security monitoring protocols
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Document security incidents and prepare executive reports
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness initiatives

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and systems architecture
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
