Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security protocols to protect organizational assets
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across network infrastructure
- Lead incident response teams during security breaches and cyber attacks
- Develop and maintain security documentation including policies, procedures, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all IT initiatives
- Monitor SIEM systems and investigate security alerts using advanced threat intelligence
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expert knowledge of network security protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and security automation tools
- Experience with cloud security frameworks (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to document complex security procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for relocation assistance
