Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop customer journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Design wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and content strategists to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
- Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and user data.
- Maintain and update our internal design system and component library.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the broader team effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design (part-time or freelance roles are acceptable).
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects with a focus on user-centered design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
