Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced threat hunting and vulnerability assessments across cloud/on-prem infrastructures
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches, minimizing downtime
- Develop and implement zero-trust security architectures using NIST frameworks
- Manage SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and automate security workflows with Python/Ansible
- Perform penetration testing and red team exercises against enterprise systems
- Create executive-level security dashboards and compliance reports (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training for global teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/response
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP (CEH acceptable)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network segmentation
- Proficient in SIEM platforms, EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne), and IDS/IPS
- Experience with container security (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI/CD pipeline hardening
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Ability to work independently across time zones with minimal supervision
- Valid U.S. work authorization required (relocation assistance provided for eligible candidates)
