Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go, Python, or Java
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP with CI/CD automation
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Lead sprint planning and deliver production-ready code weekly
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Conduct code reviews ensuring security and performance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development with cloud deployment
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong background in RESTful API design and database optimization
- Proven track record of shipping production systems with measurable impact
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Jira, Slack, GitHub)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architecture projects
