Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced security monitoring frameworks for enterprise infrastructure
- Lead incident response investigations for complex cyber threats and breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid cloud environments
- Develop security automation scripts using Python and PowerShell
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into SDLC processes
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and document security procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in incident response or threat detection
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification required (CISM acceptable)
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network architecture
- Experience with threat hunting methodologies and MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote settings
