Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise systems
- Develop comprehensive security awareness training programs for staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into DevOps pipelines
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and NYDFS regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with proven incident response experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and endpoint protection
- Strong knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK)
