Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for 0-day vulnerabilities with global cross-functional teams
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop cloud security frameworks for AWS/Azure/GCP environments
- Create executive-level security dashboards and risk mitigation reports
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness campaigns
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat intelligence or SOC operations
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP (CEH acceptable)
- Expertise in NIST frameworks, MITRE ATT&CK, and GDPR/CCPA compliance
- Hands-on experience with EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Python/PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
- Proven incident response handling for ransomware or APT attacks
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance (required)
