Responsibilities
- Lead incident response and threat hunting operations across hybrid environments
- Design and implement advanced security controls for cloud/on-premise infrastructures
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise systems
- Develop SOC playbooks and automate security workflows using SIEM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security awareness programs
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to security innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on incident response experience
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intelligence
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC (e.g., GCFA, GCIH) required
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and container technologies
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with immediate decision-making
