Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents within the SIEM environment.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure architecture for new projects.
- Investigate security breaches and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Manage identity and access control systems (IAM) to enforce the principle of least privilege.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security analysis.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
