Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct forensic investigations and incident response coordination
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and playbooks
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate on cloud security architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Lead security awareness training programs
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security operations
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or CEH required
- Expertise in threat intelligence, network security, and endpoint protection
- Experience with security automation (Python, PowerShell)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
