Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols using SIEM tools (Splunk, ArcSight)
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across cloud/on-premise infrastructure
- Lead incident response operations for security breaches in 24/7 rotation
- Develop zero-trust architecture frameworks for enterprise environments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Produce executive-level security risk assessments and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/response roles
- CISSP, CEH, or GIAC certifications required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security frameworks and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA)
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and security automation tools
- Experience with NIST CSF and ISO 27001 frameworks
- Strong analytical skills for complex threat scenario analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote settings
