Our Houston Security Operations Center (SOC) handles 24/7 threat detection for global clients. You'll work with cutting-edge SIEM tools, threat intelligence platforms, and AI-driven security analytics. This role offers rapid career progression and exposure to complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead threat hunting operations using Splunk, QRadar, and Sentinel
- Develop and implement security monitoring dashboards for enterprise environments
- Conduct incident response coordination for zero-day vulnerabilities
- Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Create executive-level security risk assessments and mitigation plans
- Mentor junior analysts on threat intelligence methodologies
- Collaborate with cloud security teams on AWS/Azure hardening
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with SOC/NOC experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC Security Expert required
- Expertise in NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and ISO 27001
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Proven incident response handling (IRP execution)
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
