We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst who demonstrates exceptional technical prowess and strategic thinking. Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents across the enterprise using SIEM tools like Splunk and FireEye.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses in systems and applications.
- Design and implement robust security architectures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure network segmentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Lead tabletop exercises and security awareness training programs for staff to foster a security-first culture.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Manage and maintain detailed documentation of security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, network security, or systems administration.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+ are highly required.
- Strong technical knowledge of firewall management, endpoint protection, and cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven experience in incident response and forensic analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
