Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide threat detection and incident response operations
- Develop and implement advanced security monitoring protocols using SIEM platforms
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain and optimize security automation frameworks
- Document security procedures and create executive-level reports
- Mentor junior security analysts and conduct training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3+ in threat analysis
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security architecture and tools
- Proficiency with Splunk, QRadar, or similar SIEM platforms
- Strong understanding of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience with Python/Go for security automation
- Proven track record in incident response and forensics
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance if required
