Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security frameworks to protect cloud/on-premise infrastructure
- Lead incident response for security breaches, ensuring rapid containment and recovery
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across enterprise systems
- Monitor SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) for threat detection and analysis
- Develop security policies aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness programs
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on incident response experience
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or CEH required (CompTIA Security+ minimum)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network security architecture
- Proficiency in SIEM tools and threat intelligence platforms
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- US citizenship required for federal contract compliance
