Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing for optimization initiatives
- Document data pipelines and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings through executive summaries and data visualizations
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects for marketing and product teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to manage deadlines independently
