Your Mission:
As a Night Shift Analyst, you will ensure the continuous integrity of our enterprise systems. You will analyze threat intelligence, respond to incidents with urgency, and collaborate with our 24/7 global security team to preempt cyber attacks.
Responsibilities
- 24/7 Security Monitoring: Continuously monitor SIEM alerts, firewall logs, and network traffic for anomalies or suspicious activity.
- Incident Response: Lead the detection, containment, and eradication of cyber threats, ensuring minimal business impact.
- Threat Hunting: Proactively hunt for advanced persistent threats (APTs) and zero-day vulnerabilities within our environment.
- Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in our infrastructure.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all security protocols adhere to industry standards such as NIST, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
- Reporting: Generate detailed incident reports and security dashboards for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GSEC certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC analysis, or network security.
- Tools: Proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight) and Firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, networking protocols, and Linux/Windows administration.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and cross-departmental collaboration.
