We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our elite Security Operations Center (SOC). As a Night Shift Analyst, you will be the first line of defense against cyber threats, ensuring business continuity and data integrity while the rest of the world sleeps.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts, logs, and events from SIEM tools and intrusion detection systems in real-time.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, including malware, phishing, and unauthorized access attempts.
- Conduct forensic analysis to determine the scope and root cause of security breaches.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and proxy servers to ensure network resilience.
- Collaborate with the red team and blue team to improve overall security posture.
- Generate and present detailed incident reports and trend analysis to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Certification: CISSP, CEH, or Security+ is required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SOC, Network Security, or Information Security.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, and common attack vectors.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure during the night shift.
- Experience with tools like Splunk, Sentinel, or Check Point is highly preferred.
