Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various internal and external sources to drive actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver clear, concise reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Conduct A/B testing and forecasting models to support strategic planning and optimization efforts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business-friendly language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is highly preferred.
