Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# (Javascript/React is a plus).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Must be willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC (Relocation assistance provided).
