As a key member of our Security Operations Center (SOC), you'll monitor, detect, and respond to sophisticated cyber threats in real-time. Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) to identify potential threats
- Conduct forensic investigations of security incidents and coordinate incident response
- Implement and maintain security controls including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection
- Generate comprehensive incident reports and executive summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security postures
- Stay current with emerging threats and recommend proactive mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on SOC experience
- CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools, network security, and threat intelligence platforms
- Experience with incident response frameworks (NIST, SANS)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure during night shifts
- Relevant bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
