Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts using SIEM tools such as Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel.
- Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and support penetration testing activities.
- Investigate and remediate security incidents in accordance with incident response procedures and ISO standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal security policies and external regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to design and implement robust security controls.
- Produce detailed reports on security posture and risk assessments for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Certification: CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GCIH is strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a SOC, Threat Intelligence, or Security Engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and security architectures.
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms and malware analysis techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
