Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time using SIEM tools.
- Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Manage incident response plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams during security breaches.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001.
- Perform regular security audits and risk evaluations to maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, incident response, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or CISM are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, and IDS/IPS systems.
- Proven experience working remotely with excellent communication skills.
