Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex data sets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business needs and define analytical requirements.
- Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling visual presentations.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases and complex data extraction.
- Expertise in Python or R for data manipulation, cleaning, and advanced analytics.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality and anomalies.
