Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Develop and enforce security policies and compliance standards (NIST, ISO).
- Lead incident response teams during security breaches.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams on secure coding practices.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Certification: CISSP, CEH, or Security+ required.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations.
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
